- New users must sign up (at the top of this page). Click here for instructions to sign up or update your account information later if needed.
- The SF Fraud Alert Portal allows users to register for e-Mail alerts in case the user's exact "First Name" and "Last Name", or the user's exact "Company Name or ID", is added as Party 1 or Party 2 on a real estate document. The "First Name" and "Last Name" of the user are required during the sign up process and are alaways checked, but the "Company Name or ID" is optional, and it will only be checked in case it is entered during the sign up process.
- The registered users will be notified by e-Mail usually one business day following the day when their name and/or company name is added to a new or existing document. In case this happens, the user can contact the county for further information.
* Notification emails may be delayed, disrupted, or fail to be delivered as scheduled due to unforeseen technical issues or events beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure).
